About Craig

A long-time resident of the South Bay, Craig O'Rourke has worked in the real estate industry full time as both a sales agent and manager since 1992. Having worked as a Branch Manager, Craig oversaw the daily operations of two flagship Coldwell Banker offices managing over one billion dollars in sales.

In his career, Craig has personally represented several hundred clients in every facet of the real estate industry including residential, commercial, investment and development. His business is focused on listings, never taking more than five clients at a time, allowing for a focused and personal approach to each and every listing.

Craig served on the President's Counsel as an advisor to the President of Coldwell Banker Greater Los Angeles and works as a real estate business consultant for Leaders Edge Business Development Group.

Most recently Craig completed a book on real estate investment entitled Destination Perpetuity and currently he is working on his second real estate related book Learn it, List it, Sell it!

In his sales career, Craig has consistently ranked among the top agents locally for over 20 years and has consistently ranked nationally in the top 1% for over 10 years.

Recently, Craig was recognized by View Magazine as a 'Real Estate Industry Influencer and Game Changer' .

Craig has been the recipient of numerous sales awards including Coldwell Banker's prestigious Presidents Award presented to only one recipient annually in the Los Angeles marketplace showcasing outstanding ethics and achievements.
